BET's Rap-It-Up Campaign
In the summer of 2006, Keshia was one of the many celebrities that filmed a commericial for Bet's rap-it-up campaign that raises awareness for HIV/AIDs designed to address the African American community. She also performed songs from her album 2U for BET's Rap-It-Up Reception in August in Toronto.

Canada For Asia
Keshia performed for the CANADA FOR ASIA benefit televised concert and the proceeds were collected through the CANADA FOR ASIA benefit broadcast and will go to the unprecedented partnership of World Vision,The Canadian Red Cross and more.

Stephen Lewis Foundation
In late 2005, Keshia and Alicia Keys were apart of the UrbanAIDs benefit concert in November. The proceeds from the show went to the Stephen Lewis Foundation. The Stephen Lewis Foundation also raises awareness about AIDs in Africa.

WarChild's Keep The Beat
For WarChild's Keep The Beat 2004, Keshia along with other Canadian artists such as Jully Black,Esthero and Graph Nobel recorded a song called 'Life' in September. Keshia also recorded a track called 'Ring The Alarm' in 2005 which is on her album 2U as her remix of it. Keep The Beat is a nation-wide music fundraiser,in which schools and communities use music to raise money and awareness for War Child Canada.

WorldVisions' 30 Hour To Famine
In 2004, Keshia performed for 30 Hour To Famine to benefit the 30 Hour To Famine which participants collect donations then go 30 hours without eating to experience hunger first hand. During the 30 hours, they learn about global poverty issues and take part in a variety of activites to keep them busy. In February 2008, Keshia went to the Dominican Republic to help with World Vision. Through her work with charities, Keshia helps she can inspire her fans to maybe want to become involved as well.
